Vaughn Newman Dance converges at the intersection of human consciousness and cultural diversity to bring soul-stirring and earth-shaking dance to its communities and beyond. We are articulating the human condition through movement; our living and moving poetry bridges the cultural divide, provoking social awareness for one’s spirit and evolving communities.

Robyn in the Company
Robyn signed with Vaughn Newman Dance in 2019 and, due to covid, performed her first concert in 2021. She trained under Vaughn D. Newman Jr. in contemporary and modern techniques since 2010, learning vast amounts of emotional expression and life experience from him. Robyn brings life, energy, commitment, and resilience to the VND organization. She serves an integral role to VND as Senior Company Member, and is forever grateful for this space to dance. After finishing her third season with VND in their 2022 concert Concrete Roses, Robyn moved to Nyc to study more modern techniques.
